The First Snowfall

We made it through Halloween this year without snow, but the next week we were hit hard with a storm that left us with a fresh coating of white fluffy powder. I am not a lover of winter at all, but my 3 year old absolutely loves

it. She was waiting and waiting for snow to come down and when she woke up in the morning to see that her wish had come true, we barely finished breakfast before we were dressed and outside. After half an hour, her lashes were clumped together, her cheeks were rosy and her fingers were little icicles, but she didn’t care. For those of you who live in warm climates, may you live vicariously through these 😉
