Ferry Ride

We’ve been planing this ferry ride for months, but it never seemed to work out until now.  I think it worked out because we didn’t “really” plan it.  We took the kids on the ferry from Orient, NY to New London, CT.   They were excited about everything from waiting in lines, driving onto the ferry, holding their tickets (such a big person thing to do), getting a snack, running up and down the aisles, looking out the windows, hiding, going around the poles and of course checking out the top deck!  Little things are such great adventures.

  • Indira Klotzer - Thanks So much Sabrina. Yes, the kids were pretty good. The ferry was pretty full, but it was early and not many people were moving around or maybe they didn’t want to be around the excited kids :). Thank you for your comment.ReplyCancel
